The Embassy of Qatar has always had very specific requirements for the authentication and legalization of educational documents. For example, in order to legalize a University degree your educational institution must issue a sealed set of transcripts directly to the Embassy. Without the transcripts on hand the Embassy of Qatar will refuse your University degree.
As of June 1st, 2016, there are additional requirements at the Embassy of Qatar. They still require the transcripts directly from the University. However, now you must present the original University degree along with an original set of transcripts. Both the degree and the transcripts will need to be authenticated and legalized.
