The Embassy of France in Ottawa does not provide consular services for the processing of documents. If you have Canadian documents that require legalization for use in France, they must go to one of the 3 Consulates of France in Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver. Each of these diplomatic missions accepts documents for legalization based on the jurisdiction of the origin of the document.
