Consular services at the Embassy of Romania in Ottawa will be unavailable from June 9, 2014 to July 4, 2014. During this period we will be processing documents through the consulates in Toronto and Montreal.
In order to use your Canadian documents in Romania they will need to be authenticated and legalized, a process also known as apostille. The Embassy and consulates of Romania also refer to this process as over-legalization.
