How to ship your documents

Now that you have determined your documents will meet the criteria of the authentication and legalization process, and have set up a workform on our website, the next step is to ship your documents to our office.

You may certainly send your documents using the carrier of your choice. We accept deliveries from any carrier. If you are unsure of what carrier to choose, we can assist by providing you with contact information and delivery standards based on our experience.

We suggest using a courier service in order to get your documents to us quickly and allow you to track the package until it arrives. However, there are other methods of shipping such as Canada Post Xpress which provide tracking as well.
