Document legalization at the Embassy of China

The Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China in Ottawa will be closed on September 21st and 22nd, 2016. Consular services, such as the legalization of Canadian documents, will be delayed due to the closure.

You should be aware that the embassies and consulates of the Peoples Republic of China in Canada will not accept documents submitted by mail, even if they are sent directly from Global Affairs Canada. Any documents requiring legalization by the Peoples Republic of China in Canada must be submitted in person.
