Add IDC to your Safe Senders List

Email is a great way to communicate. Nothing beats talking to our clients directly on the phone (you can phone us toll-free at 1-888-433-1011), but we also use email to exchange important information with our clients every day. Lately, we’ve been noticing that more and more of the emails we send to our clients are not being delivered to their inbox. What is happening is that our emails are being flagged as “spam” or “junk”. Instead of ending up in your inbox, they are ending up in your Spam folder.

There is a simple way you can make sure that all the emails we send you are delivered successfully to your inbox – adding IDC to your Safe Senders List. This is a list of all email addresses that you would like to ensure are delivered directly to your inbox. You can manage your Safe Senders List easily. This article provides simple instructions for adding IDC to your Safe Sender’s List in the most popular email programs.

Finding a missing email from IDC

If you can’t find an email that has been sent to you by IDC, the easiest way to look for it is to search for info@idocscanada.ca inside your email program. You can also check your Spam folder (sometimes called the Junk folder).

How to add IDC to your safe sender’s list

No matter which email program you use, you will have two ways to add IDC to your safe sender’s list:
