Document Procurement

Document procurement in Canada is often needed when you’re applying for foreign residency or conducting international business. We can help you obtain newly issued or replacement documents, from personal records to corporate certificates. Each situation is unique, so we welcome you to contact us to explore your options.

About Document Procurement

When you are applying for foreign residency, or you are doing business abroad, you will need to provide certain documents to the foreign authority. Document procurement can help to support you when you want to keep your original documents for your records, you have an old format that is no longer accepted, or you have documents that have expired.

We can provide document procurement services for some documents. Although, we would like to order all your documents on your behalf to make the apostille process even more seamless, there are certain documents that cannot be obtained by third-party, and some documents that must be personally executed.

Personal Documents

The most commonly requested personal documents include RCMP criminal record checks, vital statistics certificates (such as birth, marriage, or death certificates), divorce certificates, certificates of residency, pension statements, single status documents, power of attorney, and educational documents.

Corporate Documents

The most commonly requested corporate documents include certificates of Incorporation, articles, agency agreements, power of attorney, certificates of residency, site licenses, certificates of pharmaceutical products, medical device licenses, and free sale certificates.

What Our Clients Are Saying

I am very happy with the service your company has provided. I found this service invaluable as my impending foreign service assignment has been delayed several times due to paperwork issues and the legalization of my marriage certificate had the makings of another long bureaucratic delay if not for your expedited service.

Thomas J.

Communication was prompt and clear, and service exceeded expectations. I discovered only a month before my wedding in Portugal that one of my Canadian documents lacked necessary processing that would, under regular circumstances, take at least a month to complete. Heather and Evey made a potentially stressful experience easy and worry-free, processing and returning my document to Portugal two days after having received it. This is an excellent option for those needing expedited processing.

I cannot tell you how impressed we are with the service we received from your company. The information Heather provided in the initial phone call was accurate and informative. She followed up with an email wherein she assured us the papers would be authenticated and legalized the following day; that we would be kept informed at each stage in the process and that they would be sent by courier overseas. In less than 24 hours this was all taken care of!

Jennifer G.

I am so impressed by your service. I made a mistake sending my documents to the wrong address and your team went and picked up the documents and processed them quickly. Thank you so much for all your help. I will definitely recommend your services to my friends.

Marcy L.
