If you paid by credit card or your PayPal account your payment has been automatically entered into your Workform. If you don't see the record of your payment, simply click the "reload" button on your browser. In all browsers, the reload button will be found near the top of the page.
If you are paying by cheque, E-transfer, or bank draft, an IDC specialist will need to enter your payment in manually before you will see it. In these cases your payment will be entered within a half-hour of it arriving at our offices. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
