E-Apostille Process

The Canadian e-apostille process is used to certify electronically issued documents for international use. This includes corporate records, Health Canada certificates, and more. There are specific requirements involved—contact us for expert help and a free consultation to ensure your documents are processed correctly.

About the E-Apostille Process

An “e-apostille” is a process for documents which have been electronically issued. Some of these documents include corporate documents (like articles of incorporation, certificates, or business registrations), Health Canada certificates (like Certificates of Pharmaceutical Products, or GMP certificates), name based criminal record checks, and more.

Documents that are eligible for e-apostille can be provided to us electronically. They will be printed and taken through the apostille process. Get in touch with us to see if your documents are eligible for the e-apostille process.

For Canadian documents destined for non-apostille signatory countries, the required process is document authentication and legalization.

What Our Clients Are Saying

I had a fairly complicated matter dealing with an embassy that is not very friendly; IDC dealt with it in the most professional and speedy manner. It was great to be able to pick up the phone and easily talk with a knowledgeable person; it was also wonderful to see you go the extra mile to double check with the embassy what they wanted. Attempting to do all this by mail would have been much longer and much more stressful; I am very glad I decided to use your services.

I just received my documents from you and I’d like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with everyone at Idocs. From the first email and telephone correspondence everything has been explained clearly and problems solved without delay. I found your company from a basic Internet search and got other quotes from other companies but I chose to use your services and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It is without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and thank you to all your team. Well done!

I am lucky I found International Documents Canada to process my documents for attestation. I am thankful to your quick and timely service. You properly responded my queries with no delay. I am in Saudi Arabia and i didn’t know what to do, but you solved my problem in a very little span of time. Thank you so much for your services.

My experience with International Documents Canada far surpassed my expectations! One can feel quite alone and ‘helpless’ out here in the Middle East, especially when tasked with paper work requiring multiple contact and connections back in Canada. It’s almost priceless knowing there are capable people on the other end helping out. All in all it made me feel proud to be Canadian. Without a doubt I would recommend the service to others!
