Document authentication services may be necessary if you have Canadian document that need to be used internationally. Authentication, the first step of the authentication and legalization process, involves having your Canadian documents stamped and signed by Global Affairs Canada.
Global Affairs Canada is making changes to their hours of operation. As of January 3, 2017, Global Affairs Canada will no longer be open on Fridays. They will be open to the public Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Global Affairs Canada has very specific requirements for the authentication of documents and the current mail-in processing time is 25 business days. As you can see, the process can be long and frustrating.
Our downtown Ottawa location enables us to provide you with fast and reliable document authentication services. We can save you weeks of processing time and ensure your documents have been prepared correctly.
