Although, we would like to order all your documents on your behalf to make the apostille process even more seamless, there are certain documents that cannot be obtained by third-party, and some documents that must be personally executed.

The most commonly requested personal documents include RCMP criminal record checks, vital statistics certificates (such as birth, marriage, or death certificates), divorce certificates, certificates of residency, pension statements, single status documents, power of attorney, and educational documents.

Yes! We can certainly order your criminal record check. We can order two types of criminal record checks for our clients:
- Basic Criminal Record Check – only your name and date of birth are used to identify you when the RCMP database is searched. No fingerprints are involved in obtaining a basic Criminal Record Check.
- RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check – your name, date of birth, and your fingerprints are used as identifiers when searching the RCMP database. RCMP Certified Criminal Record Checks are considered more reliable and are more commonly required.

Yes, we can help you order a new copy of your divorce certificate. If you provide us with the information we need, we can certainly order your divorce certificate on your behalf. If you do not have the information required, we will need to start by contacting the Central Registry of Divorce Proceedings.
