• A copy of your old or expired residence visa in Qatar.

• A copy of your current valid residence permit/citizenship in Canada (PRC, Work Permit, etc.).
• A fingerprint form (C-216C) which may be obtained at a police station (notarized, authenticated and legalized) - if you had a Qatar Residency Permit after the year 2012, you are exempt from submitting a Canadian Fingerprint form.
