How can I get an E-Apostille?

To go through the e-apostille process, you will need to have an electronically issued document that it acceptable for e-apostille. We can help you determine if your document is eligible.

The document is printed from the original electronic file and then it is taken to a Canadian Notary Public for notarization. Once the document has been notarized, it can be taken to the apostille authority where they will apply the apostille certificate.

Not all apostille authorities or destination countries will accept a document that has gone through the e-apostille process.

If your destination country is not a apostille country, the document will also require diplomatic legalization. Each diplomatic mission has it’s own requirements and timelines.

We recommend that you send your document to us and we will manage the process on your behalf. We would welcome the chance to discuss your situation and answer your questions. Call us toll-free at 1-888-433-1011, or send us a quick online enquiry.
