About the E-Apostille Process
An “e-apostille” is a process for documents which have been electronically issued. Some of these documents include corporate documents (like articles of incorporation, certificates, or business registrations), Health Canada certificates (like Certificates of Pharmaceutical Products, or GMP certificates), name based criminal record checks, and more.
Documents that are eligible for e-apostille can be provided to us electronically. They will be printed and taken through the apostille process. Get in touch with us to see if your documents are eligible for the e-apostille process.
For Canadian documents destined for non-apostille signatory countries, the required process is document authentication and legalization.

What Our Clients Are Saying
I am lucky I found International Documents Canada to process my documents for attestation. I am thankful to your quick and timely service. You properly responded my queries with no delay. I am in Saudi Arabia and i didn’t know what to do, but you solved my problem in a very little span of time. Thank you so much for your services.
My experience with International Documents Canada far surpassed my expectations! One can feel quite alone and ‘helpless’ out here in the Middle East, especially when tasked with paper work requiring multiple contact and connections back in Canada. It’s almost priceless knowing there are capable people on the other end helping out. All in all it made me feel proud to be Canadian. Without a doubt I would recommend the service to others!
Thank you for the update and for the exceptional service. I am glad we selected your company to assist us with our document legalization for overseas work. If we need further documents legalized we will definitely contact you again and will recommend you to others who may need similar service provisions in the future.
I had a fairly complicated matter dealing with an embassy that is not very friendly; IDC dealt with it in the most professional and speedy manner. It was great to be able to pick up the phone and easily talk with a knowledgeable person; it was also wonderful to see you go the extra mile to double check with the embassy what they wanted. Attempting to do all this by mail would have been much longer and much more stressful; I am very glad I decided to use your services.
As an expat trying to navigate difficult immigration requirements, I fully appreciate the professionalism of IDC and their attention to detail. I have had to use their service on two separate occasions and was extremely satisfied with both engagements. IDC clearly has the right relationships and processes in place to efficiently handle the document authorization/legalization process. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a responsible agent in Canada.
In my opinion and after my personal experience with International documents canada, what can i say regarding the service is excellent. I have dealt professionally with professional people via e-mail and telephone and they are familiar with all the necessary requirements. I also noted the great precision, efficiency and commitment to Authenticate documents from Global affairs of Canada to perform this service in a distinctive and skilled professional with a high quality and performance. I would recommend dealing with this office as I recommend myself to deal with them in future.
