In order to use your vital statistics documents in Albania, you will need to have them authenticated and legalized, also referred to as apostille. This process involves first, having your documents authenticated at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFATD). Next, they must be legalized at the Embassy of Albania in Ottawa.

The Embassy of Albania also requires an Albanian translation of all marriage, birth and death certificates. They will translate your documents for an additional $20 fee per document.

We will look after the authentication and legalization of your documents, in as little as a couple days. Once they have been processed, we ship them wherever you want, including overseas.
