An original Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product issued by Health Canada can be apostilled for use outside of Canada. You will need to contact the person or organization that has requested the Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product to determine if it must be apostilled. In most cases, the answer is yes.  That is because the apostille process allows a document from Canada to be recognized in any other apostille member country.
