You have been asked for an “apostille” of your Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product. Now what?

The term “apostille” refers to the Hague Apostille Convention. As Canada has just signed the Hague Apostille Convention, you can now obtain an apostille on a Canadian document. The process in Canada was previously called authentication and legalization.

Your Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product will need to be submitted to the appropriate government authentication office for an apostille (or authenticated and legalized if applicable).
