Yes. In fact, you cannot apostille the original Pilot’s Licence. You will need to have a certified true copy made by a Canadian Notary Public. The original licence cannot be processed because of two reasons. First, it is too small on which to place the appropriate stamps. Second, it does not contain a signature that is recognized by the apostille offices.
