If you need your Canadian documents officially recognized in the Czech Republic you will first need to have these documents apostilled in Canada. The apostille process consists of two steps:
First, you must prepare your documents for the apostille process. The preparation process may include ordering new documents, translating your documents, or notarizing your documents. Next, submit the documents to the appropriate provincial or federal authority. Please note that the Czech Republic used to refer to the process as “superlegalization”.
