If you need to use your Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product in another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, all you need is an apostille. However, if you need to use the document in a non-member country, it will need to be authenticated and legalized.
There are three steps to the process of authenticating and legalizing a Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product.
Step 1 – preparing your certificate for submission.
Step 2 – submitting your certificate to the appropriate apostille office to be apostilled.
Step 3 – if applicable – submitting your certificate to the diplomatic mission for legalization.
