1. Step 1 involves preparing your certificate for submission.
2. Step 2 involves submitting your certificate to the appropriate office for apostille or authentication.
3. Step 3 involves submitting your certificate to the diplomatic mission for legalization (if applicable). Note that this is not required for apostille countries.
