Authentication and legalization a Manufacturer’s Declaration will require three steps:

1. Step 1 requires the preparation of your Manufacturer’s Declaration for submission.
2. Step 2 requires submitting your declaration to the appropriate government office in Canada for authentication or apostille.
3. Step 3 requires submitting your declaration to the appropriate embassy or consulate for legalization. Note, that if your document is destined for another apostille signatory country, you will not need legalization.
