The Consulate General of Russia in Toronto has moved to a temporary office and has resumed consular services.  Canadian documents that originate from Ontario, with the exception of the National Capital region, will now fall under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Russia in Toronto.

Do you have Canadian documents to be used in Russia?

If you have Canadian documents to be used in Russia, they will need to be properly prepared, then authenticated at Global Affairs Canada, and finally legalized by a diplomatic mission of Russia in Canada.

What are the requirements of the Consulate General of Russia?

The requirements for the legalization of Canadian documents at the Consulate General of Russia in Toronto are quite strict. Before you begin the authentication and legalization process, you should carefully review the requirements listed on the Consulate General of Russia’s website.
